24.11.2005

International Trust for Demining and Mine Victims Assistance (ITF) received the third contribution from the Government of the Republic of Korea earmarked for support to ITF mine action activities in amount of 30.000,00 USD.

Mr. Dorijan Marši?, director of ITF expressed written thanks to  H.E. Mr. Cho Chang-beom, Ambassador at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Korea at Vienna for generous and continuous support of Republic of Korea in year 2005.

This donation comes after a four-year pause, as last donation from the Republic of Korea received was in year 2001. Republic of Korea became donor to ITF in 2000. Altogether Republic of Korea donated 90.000,00 USD in total. ITF hopes that Republic of Korea shall continue to entrust the management of funds for mine action to ITF in the future.
