ITF's breakfast with journalists

International Trust Fund for Demining and Mine Victims Assistance organized working breakfast with journalists from Slovenia. Purpose of such events that ITF is usually organizing once a year is to inform journalist regarding the progress, problems and new development in Mine Action and ITF. Journalist that are new to MA topics have possibility to get basic information and explanation of MA process and about the work of ITF. On this occasion new director of ITF, Mr. Dorijan Marši? presented himself and ITF strategy for the following year. Conclusions from the Nairobi Summit for Mine Free World were also presented due to the importance of first review conference of the Ottawa convention of prohibition of use, stockpiling, production and transfer of anti-personnel mines.
