11.09.2012
The first out of four workshops (creative, sports, painting and psycho-social workshops) within the project of Centre M.A.R.E. has started on August 5th 2012. Until the end of August 2012, 4 workshops were held where 80 children/ teenage victims mainly from Sisak- Moslava County and Osijek- Baranja County attended.
The main goal of the Centre M.A.R.E. is to strengthen the system of support for children and young people - victims of psychological trauma, as well as for their families, in coping with consequences of psychological trauma by creating a safe, motivating and inspiring environment in order to capacitate them to lead a fulfilled and quality life and reach full reintegration into society.
In the future Centre M.A.R.E, is planning to implement other workshops as well. The workshops will be implemented during school holidays.
